Violation issued for 27, Monitoring, Routine (DBP), Major Failure to monitor for Haloacetic Acids (HAA5's) and Trihalomethanes (TTHM's). Compliance period 3rd Quarter 2022, 3rd Quarter 2020 and 4th Quarter 2019.

Violation issued for 52, Routing Tap M/R (LCR)Lead and Copper Rule.  Required Lead & Copper Sample results not submitted as required.  Compliance period 6M 202207, YR 2020 and 3YR 2017-2019.

Corrective Action - Testing results were within acceptable levels but were rejected due to clerical errors.  Prior to submitting samples we have several staff members checking for errors.
